Cartridges for cash – it's that simple. We've made sure that, once you've identified what products you want to sell, the sales process couldn't be easier.

Fill out the form with your product details, including the brand name, toner model number and quantity. Double-check all the details so that there won't be any hold-ups with your order. Then just hit the submit button, sit back and relax!

We'll review your submission, and then one of our team members will get back to you with an offer you can't refuse. Confirm the details and our representative will get on with processing the order.

Hey, it's a fair question! We won't beat around the bush; there are two ways we can organize to get your payment to you.


Option 1 – you can be paid with a company check.

     Option 2 – having your payment wired through PayPal may suit you better. In fact, for larger transactions, we recommend using PayPal as it is more direct.

     Option 3 – direct deposited to your bank account thru Zelle.


If you have a different payment method in mind, we are all ears. We're keen to make your Toner Connect experience as smooth as possible, so just make sure to clue us in on how you would like to get your money.

How long your payment takes to go through will depend on which payment method you have selected.


Company checks are mailed via USPS Priority Mail, so they typically take two to three business days from the moment when your shipment arrives to us.


  If you happen to need the money sooner, we can speed up the process by providing payment through PayPal for a same day payment – so long as you have a PayPal account.

Getting your unused toner cartridges through to us isn't too complicated a process, although there are a few pitfalls to avoid.

Firstly, we'll unfortunately have to turn back any products that haven't been properly packed into shipping boxes. Why? We need to make sure they arrive in good condition, and given how fragile they can be, good quality packaging is a must.

Secondly, we ask that you don't remove the original brand labels and stickers on the packaging. If so, the products may lose value... and no one wants that!

As long as your order is $50 or more, all shipping fees are on us! Anything less than that won't be accepted due to the rising costs of shipping.
